Beta Bouldering Gym is Flagstaff's largest full-service bouldering gym, with 80+ routes across a range of difficulty levels and color-coded grading that makes it easy for kids to track their progress. Kids 3 and under climb free, and there's a dedicated kids' area with stairs so little ones can walk back down after reaching the top instead of climbing down. No prior experience is needed — staff will show first-timers the basics, shoes and chalk rent for $5, and there's a foosball table and coloring supplies to keep kids busy between climbs. Every climber needs a signed waiver, so plan to sign for your kids in advance or at the front desk.
