The happy hour from 3–6pm has been called award-winning, and the small-plate format is actually pretty family-friendly — everyone can try a little of everything. They have a private parlor for up to 60 guests if you're planning something bigger. There's a kids menu, high chairs, and reservations, plus restrooms, parking, and dogs welcome, with wheelchair and stroller access. Lunch and dinner in the $$ range; Monday through Wednesday until 9pm, Thursday through Saturday until 10pm, Sunday until 9pm, opening at 11am daily. Noise stays moderate. It's on the south side at Woodlands Village rather than downtown, so it's convenient if you're already south. Book ahead for dinner; walk-ins can wait.
